Privacy Policy

Booking an appointment asks for your name, email address, and phone number, plus anything you choose to type into the notes field. Buying a gift card asks for the recipient's name and email so it can be delivered. Creating an account stores the email address you sign in with. Nothing on this site asks for information it doesn't need to book, deliver, or pay for a treatment.

You can also just text or call the studio and book without using this site at all.

When you pay a deposit, buy a gift card, or buy a package, the site hands you to a payment page hosted by Wix, our booking and payments provider. Your card number is entered there, not here, and this application never receives it or stores it.

Appointments, orders, gift cards, packages, and member accounts are all stored in Wix, which is the system Joana runs the studio on — the same records she sees in her calendar. This website reads and writes that system; it keeps no separate customer database of its own.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs of requests, including IP addresses, as part of running any website.

If you use the chat bubble, the messages you send are forwarded to Anthropic's API, which generates the replies. It can see the current conversation, treatment and availability information, and nothing else about you — it is not given your booking history or your account. Don't type anything into it you wouldn't want sent to a third-party service; if you have something specific and private to ask, text Joana directly.

To stop one visitor from flooding that endpoint, the site briefly records the IP address a message came from — see the cookie and rate-limit note in our Cookie Policy.

Wix (bookings, payments, gift cards, accounts), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (chat replies only), Upstash (the rate-limit counter) and Google Analytics (how the site is used — see the Cookie Policy). Each is a service this site runs on rather than an audience for your data, and each has its own privacy terms. There are no advertising trackers here, and nothing on this site is used to follow you around others.

This site is meant for adults booking their own treatments and isn't directed at children.
